This product demo shows the online tax certificate ordering experience.

The video opens on the Tax Certificates wordmark: order municipal tax certificates online.

Find the property. On the order page, the requester picks the province, municipality and city or community, enters the street address, sees "Address confirmed", adds a unit number and presses Next.

Add your details. The property is summarized, then the requester enters their name, email, law firm and file reference. The total is $90.00.

Pay securely. The payment step, secured by Stripe, shows the order summary at $90.00 CAD. The requester enters card details and pays.

Order confirmed. A confirmation screen thanks the requester and names the property and email address.

Delivered by email. The "Your Tax Certificate is Ready" email shows the order summary with the transaction ID, attaches the certificate PDF and explains how to re-download it.

Download anytime. On the download page, the requester enters their email address and transaction ID, finds the order and downloads the tax certificate PDF.
